What we keep

For each team: the team name and, for each member, a name, a college email and a roll number, plus a phone number for the team lead. Each person may belong to one team only. They are used to run the event and contact winners.

What you submit on this site and when. It is used for scoring.

For abuse and fair-play checks: a one-way hash of your IP address and browser user-agent, and logs of page visits on this site. We cannot recover your IP from the hash.

One login cookie per device, used only to keep you signed in. There are no analytics, no trackers, no third-party scripts and no fingerprinting.

All data is deleted within 60 days of the event ending. To ask for deletion earlier, contact the organisers.
